PET strapping band is a new product used in packing industry, which
shares the burden loading capacity of steel straps and the
elasticity of PP straps. Similar to steel straps, the extension
rate of PET strap can be adjusted according to the customer’s
request. This product is not easy to break and need no steel
buttons, meanwhile it has various colors and clean appearance.
Since this production line uses recycled substance as raw
materials, its products are in line with the overseas hazard-free
standard of packing materials and they belong to
environment-friendly products. Now they are widely used for packing
heavy goods, imports and exports, tin foods, fragile or compactable
products, plate like goods and Aluminum lumps, etc. This unit
adopts automatic way of metered material charging and mixing,
automatic circulation of preheating and drying, precise
energy-saving temperature control system, melt-material metering
pump, powerful straps extending device and isolating oven, as well
as large capacity stainless steel water tank and automatic
controlling equipment of the liquid level. All of these ensure that
the production line can run continuously and steadily.
